<p>The invention relates to a device for stripping a component with a flat tape (2), having at least one tape guiding frame (9), comprising a flat tape guiding channel (17), and having a tape drive (6) for the feeding of a tape (2) into the tape guiding channel (17), wherein an opening device is arranged on the tape guiding frame (9) opening a narrow side of the tape guiding channel (17), as well as a method for stripping a device with said device. The object of the invention is to provide a device and a method with increased working speed. This task is solved by the opening device having at least one covering element (16), being moveably connected to the tape guiding frame (9) and from a closing position, in which the narrow side of the tape guiding channel (17) is covered, can be moved into a opening position, releasing the narrow side of the tape guiding channel (17). Thus, a new tape loop can be fed into the tape guiding channel (17), before the welding process is finished.</p> |
