PURPOSE: A point providing system related to a charging service based on usage rates and method thereof are provided to enable a user to pay communication service fees through free points by calculating the free points of a communication service. CONSTITUTION: A point calculation module(301) calculates free points of a communication service. The point calculation module transmits the calculated points to a communication service provider. A point database(302) maps the calculated points with subscribers. A service subscribers information database(303) stores the subscriber information of the subscribers in order to transmit the calculated points to the communication service provider. |
