<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection apparatus capable of inhibiting breakage of test objects and assembling easily. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection apparatus is equipped with a connector 15 connecting a test object 41 and a substrate 11, an inner frame 17 holding the connector 15, a pusher 19 held slidably by the inner frame 17, a base 21, an operating member 23, held by rotatably by the base 21, pressing the aforementioned pusher 19 to operate, and an elastic member 33 always biasing the aforementioned pusher 19, while the aforementioned operating member 23 has a shaft 31, through which the aforementioned pusher 19 is held swingablly by the aforementioned operating member 23 via a shaft 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
