Contacts and module switching from thin layer solar cells to polymer carriers

摘要

The relay module has openings that mark electrode contact points by the polymer carrier foil. The openings are placed at the rear side of the thin layered solar cells and equipped with conductive connecting units. The electrode contact points are connected in parallel or in series with electrodes of the thin layered solar cells. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing thin film solar cells on polymer carriers with suitability for module interconnection.
