A transmitter includes a plurality of antennas, an IFFT unit for providing a time domain symbol by performing inverse fast Fourier transform and a phase shifter for cyclically shifting a phase of the time domain symbol. Time selectivity can be improved through the phase shift in the time domain or the frequency delay in the frequency domain.
