The invention concerns the equipment for manufacturing the elements of paving and can be used in the technological complexes for production of the paving tile. A vibropress includes a matrix with a mobile bottom, a bunker, a measured box, a punch and an ejector with actuating cylinders thereof, a table with a vibrator. The actuating cylinder of punch is made in the form of coupled upper and lower cylinders, which pistons are connected with the punch by a common stock. Above the piston of upper cylinder, in addition, on the elastic elements with an adjustable gap, a piston-striker is installed, the cavity above the piston-ram is connected with the main of fluid by distributor with adjustable frequency of actuations. Use in the vibropress of combined action on the concrete mixture of dynamic and static loads contributes to increase of the compacting factor of concrete mixture, strength and frost resistance of the articles of paving are increased. |
