A bevel gearing consists of conical pinion and wheel with intersecting axles and involute straight teeth placed on those, these change in height and in thickness and are in engagement with each other. Straight generatrixes of side surfaces of teeth of bevel gearing are replaced by curvilinear generatrixes with constant radius of curvature, besides that involute teeth of pinion and wheel are made with deep profile characterized with height of heads of teeth in edge h= 1.25mand engagement anglewhere b– length of tooth;= 0.005....,03 mm – parameter of curvature of generatrixes of side surfaces of teeth of bevel gearing ; m– end engagement modulus. |
