Compounds of general formula (f) wherein R, R, Rand Rare independently hydrogen, halo, C-Calkyl, -O(C-Calkyl), -CON(R), -SO, -SOR, -SON(R), -N(R), -NRCOR, -COR, -COR, -SR, -OH, -NOor -CN; each Ris independently hydrogen or C-Calkyl; Rand Rare each independently hydrogen, or С–Сalkyl or together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form a C-Ccycloalkyl group; Ris hydrogen or С-Сalkyl; Ris an aromatic moiety optionally substituted with one or more substituents selected from halo, С-Calkyl, -O(С-C)alkyl, -CON(R), -SOR, -SOR, -SON(R), -N(R), -NRCOR, -COR, -COR, -SR, -OH, -NOor -CN; wherein Ris as defined above; Ris hydrogen, or C-Calkyl; provided that: Ris not phenyl substituted with -COOH; when any two of R, R, Rand Rare hydrogen, neither of the other two of R, R, Rand Ris С-Сalkyl; and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, solvates, complexes or prodrugs are useful in the preparation of pharmaceuticals for the treatment of allergic diseases such as asthma, allergic rhinitis and atopic dermatitis.I |
