A process for the production of the combined medicinal product of valsartan with hydrochlorothiazide in the form of a tablet includes components mixing, extrusion, and coating with shell based on the hydroxypropyl-methyl cellulose. The 4% corn starch paste is prepared first, then the 10% sodium lauryl sulfate is dissolved in it, the solution is cooled and the 20% ethyl alcohol is added. The mixture from valsartan, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium croscarmellose and potato starch is liquored with prepared parte, dried, powdered with hydrochlorothiazide, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium croscarmellose, talc and Aerosil, stirred. Magnesium stearate is added, and mixture is stirred once more prior to the extrusion. |
