A method for making a powdered half-finished product of the oyster mushrooms (PI. ostreatus) which consists in cleaning, washing, cutting, drying, the further crushing into a powder and thermal treatment. A raw material grown in regulated conditions, and also a temperature regime providing inhibiting the development of pathogenic flora and inactivating the enzymes are used. |
