A TV observation system for mobile objects relates to TV systems, robot vision systems, TV measurement systems and medical and biological systems for diagnostics. Additionally, it is added a first RAM (random-access memory) of serial operation, first input of which is connected to output of an amplifier-limiter and input of a first shift register, second input – with output of a control and clock module. Outputs of the first RAM of serial operation are connected to inputs of shift registers. Shift registers outputs are connected to inputs of four quadrant adders; their outputs are connected to inputs of four adders of vertical and horizontal signals. Outputs are connected to inputs of adder of total signal and inputs of subtractors of horizontal and vertical difference channels. Outputs of thee channels are connected to the control and clock module. Output the subtractor of the vertical channel is connected to input of a second RAM of serial operation. Output of which is of connected to the control and clock module. The technical result is real-time measurement of dynamic parameters of many observed mobile objects. |
