The invention relates to benefication of the mineral raw material of natural and technogenic origin. A method of benefication of the mineral raw material with metal inclusions includes supply thereof into a space of working chamber and destruction by a crushing element made in the form of a rotary rotor with radially installed blades, which form over-rotor and under-rotor spaces. The over-rotor ground product is subject to sifting with formation of two flows: one of which, of large fraction, is subject to magnetic separation, separating it into magnetic and nonmagnetic products. The small fraction of the over-rotor ground product is subject to magnetic separation, as a result of which the mineral nonmagnetic product and magnetic product containing metal are produced, which are subject to sifting and separation by fractional composition with subsequent storing. The method provides for full complex of benefication of initial raw material, it makes it possible to increase efficiency of benefication of the mineral raw material, especially of the slag of metallurgical production. |
