METHOD FOR OPTIMAL SELECTION OF SOURCE OF BLOOD SUPPLY IN RECONSTRUCTION OF MAMMARY GLANDS WITH TRANSVERSE ABDOMINAL FLAP WITH RECTUS MUSCLE

A method for optimal selection of the source of blood supply in the reconstruction of the mammary glands with the transverse abdominal flap with rectus muscle provides for angiography of the epigastral vessels. The angioarchitectonics of blood vessels is analyzed. When the magistral type of epigastral vessels is detected. TRAM reconstruction with single peduncle is performed. When the scattered and mixed types are evident, TRAM reconstruction with double peduncle is performed.
