CLEANING SOLVENT AND DISPENSER

A liquid cleaning solvent is formulated from a terpene hydrocarbon present i n a concentration of about 50 percent to about 90 percent of the cleaning solven t and tetrahydrofuran compatible with the terpene hydrocarbon present in a concentration of about 10 percent to about 50 percent of the cleaning solvent. The liquid cleaning solvent is provided in a dispensing pen for ease of application.
