A new cultivar of Pieris named 'FIRE N ICE' that is distinguishable by upright bushy habit, clean bright, variegated foliage, fiery-red new growth, and cream-white flowers. In combination these traits set 'FIRE N ICE' apart from all other existing varieties of Pieris known to the inventor.
