Construction of outer wall of building with thermal and thermo-inertial barriers in which between façade layer of panel heating and carrying construction layer thermal barrier is additionally installed, this is made of pipe-coils that by means of circulation pump supply liquid from under-earth heat exchanger, and between the inner layer of panel heater and carrying structural one – thermo-inertial barrier.
