MODIFIED DOT ENZYME IMMUNOASSAY TEST-SYSTEM FOR THE DETECTION OF PATHOGEN SPECIFIC ANTIBODIES (ANTIGENS)

A modified dot enzyme immunoassay test-system for the detection of pathogen specific antibodies (antigens) comprises a plate or plastic comb, assay kit for enzyme immunoassay analysis, developer and immunoperoxidase conjugate. A peroxidise conjugate on the base of Streptococcus spp. Albumen “G” is used as the immunoperoxidase conjugate. The stages for washing of the heterospecific fixed reagents are provided the use of the distilled or plumbing water, and the use of test is carried out at a room temperature.
