The invention relates to the casting production and can be used for metal smelting and mixing in the induction crucible furnaces. A method includes melting of charge materials, and also overheat, isothermal holding and melt tapping. At the furnace charging till 50 % the crucible volume the isothermal holding of the melt is carried out in the mode of temperature control in the furnace permanently switched on the compensation of heat loss, and at the filling of furnace over 50 % of the crucible volume isothermal holding of the melt is carried out in the mode of the position thermal conditioning. The technical result is decreasing of electric power on melt holding in induction melting and mixing crucible furnaces on 20-60 %. |
