Method for diagnostics of pneumonia in children of early age includes lungs rontgenography, clinical blood analysis, determination of level of C-reactive protein, sialic acid, protein fractions, imunogram, determination of specific immunoglobulins, diagnostics of infection agents by means of polymerase-chain reaction, microbilological investigations. Besides that, additionally one determines general carnitine and at carnitine level 33,6±2,6 mmol/l one diagnoses one-side pneumonia, and at carnitine level 21,2±3,7 mmol/l one diagnoses two-side pneumonia. |
