The invention relates to the field of electrical removal of dust from gas in the electrostatic cleaners and can be used in different branches of industry, for example power engineering, metallurgy. An element of tape and needle corona-forming electrode comprises tips formed by triangle folds in the flat part thereof. According to the invention the triangle folds are of height H with basis of 0.2-.05H and a pitch between folds 1-10H. The triangle folds are made so that from the side of lateral end faces towards the centerline of tape two equal first lateral and two equal second lateral spaces are formed. In the case along the plane-parallel lines of the first lateral spaces the first pair of lateral end faces is formed, which are distanced from the tips of triangular folds by 1.1-1.3H and by 0.1-0.4H are distanced from adjacent lines of the place of position of the bases of triangular folds. At that along the plane-parallel lines of the second lateral spaces the second pair of lateral end faces is formed, plane of the place of position of which is displaced by the value of 0.3-05H relative to the places of the position of the first pair of lateral end faces. The flat connecting elements of the left and right pairs of lateral end faces are installed mirror-like at the angle of 60-85° to the flat part of triangular folds and intersect. Furthermore the flat connecting element of the second pair of lateral end faces is parallel to the plane of the triangle folds location. Moreover the lateral end faces are located near to the inscribed diameter of each end rigidly fastened cylindrical pin. The invention provides increasing efficiency of dust catching due to excluding decentering the discharge corona gap, increase of corona voltage, increase of entirety of the corona current, prevention of premature electrical breakdown, and also elasticity of the element of tape and needle corona electrode due to increasing the value of moment of resistance to longitudinal deformation. |
