The invention relates to power machine-building and is intended for tightening special threaded joints of reactors, boilers, steam generators, diesel-generators and other equipment with use of tension that leads to elongation of rod threaded elements (pins, bolts). The device is arranged on basis of two single-acting hydraulic cylinders placed in cavity that goes through two opposite faces of flange nut that is preliminarily turned on threaded rod, rods of which go into contact with support surface of the body of the device, and lugs that are on hydraulic cylinders and that surround the nut at flange are placed one from another at distance equal to dimension for key. The device is characterized with short power chains, it has increased rigidity and its use decreases temporary losses for tightening threaded joints. |
