PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a communication method, a communication system and a program. SOLUTION: The communication device includes: a receiving part for receiving a frame containing plurally both of predetermined unit data and parity data added for each unit data and available for an error correction of the unit data; a detecting part for detecting the unit data containing an error within a plurality of unit data included in the frame based on each of the parity data included in the frame received by the receiving part; and a requesting part for requesting to send a frame which includes the unit data in which an error is detected by the detecting part, but does not include the unit data in which an error is not detected.
