PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor system that solves conventional problems that image data taken by an infrared camera are displayed on a display and a guardian visually detects a fire based on images displayed on the display , which detects a fire based on image data taken by the infrared camera and displays fire information on the display. SOLUTION: The monitor system transmits image data output from the infrared camera to a receiving terminal connected with a network. The receiving terminal includes a fire detection means for detecting a fire based on the transmitted image data, and a display means for displaying the fire information detected by the fire detection means.
