PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound controller which functions also as an ANC device while achieving personal acoustic environment. SOLUTION: The sound controller (10) has: a first sound source (31) which outputs a first sound signal; a second sound source (32) which outputs a second sound signal; a sound detection part (21); a first control part (41) which performs control so that a noise cancellation signal for canceling noise around the sound detection part may be output on the basis of a detection signal detected by the sound detection part; a second control part (44) which performs control so that a sound cancellation signal for canceling sound based on the second sound signal is output on the basis of the detection signal; and an output part (11) which outputs the first sound signal, the noise cancellation signal, and the sound cancellation signal.
