PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult for a recipient to discriminate a sender and a transmission time of moving and still image data which are transmitted by electronic mail equipment allowing attached moving and still image data, when the recipient stores the moving and still image data as an independent file. SOLUTION: When the electronic mail equipment allowing attached moving and still image data is used for transmitting the electronic mail with the moving and still image data, the content of the electronic mail is changed into an image code, such as bar codes and QR codes, and the image codes are converted so as to be superposed onto the moving and still image data to be attached, for transmission.
