<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressed air dehumidifying apparatus capable of dehumidifying air to a dew point lower than heretofore in the compressed air dehumidifying apparatus, in which a cooling type dehumidifier and a membrane type dehumidifier are combined. <P>SOLUTION: The compressed air dehumidifying apparatus includes: a cooler 2 in which an evaporator 15 in a refrigeration cycle 8 circulating a coolant in the processes of compression, condensation, expansion and evaporation is interposed, and the compressed air is cooled by being passed around the evaporator 15 to condense moisture and dehumidified; the membrane type dehumidifier 4 passing compressed air through the inside of a steam permeable hollow fiber membrane and passing purge air through the outside of the hollow fiber membrane; and a reheater 24 heating the passing compressed air. The membrane type dehumidifier 4 is disposed downstream of the cooler 2 and a reheater 6 is disposed downstream of the membrane type dehumidifier 4 to dehumidify the compressed air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
