PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and surely supply a gas fuel into a combustion chamber, as well as, shorten the vaporization time. SOLUTION: In a gas combustion type driving tool, the gas fuel from a gas cylinder is supplied into the combustion chamber 2 through a gas pipe path 11 and a hammering mechanism is driven by the combustion pressure to drive out a fastener. A fuel supply valve 22 is attached to the end of the pipe path 11 on the combustion chamber 2 side. A measurement chamber 31 chargeable with a specified quantity of the gas fuel supplied through the gas pipe paths 11, formed between the valve stem 24 and the valve cylinder 23 of the fuel supply valve 22. The measurement chamber 31 is so formed as to be selectively openable to the gas pipe path 11 in the combustion chamber 2, when the valve stem 23 is moved. When the fastener is hammered, the measurement chamber 31 is opened to the combustion chamber 2, by making the valve stem 24 move. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
