PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module capable of sufficiently suppressing separation of a jointing material between a thermoelectric conversion element and an electrode, and capable of sufficiently reducing damage occurring in a board or the thermoelectric conversion element. SOLUTION: The rmoelectric conversion module 1 is provided with: a pair of boards 2 and 7 facing each other; a plurality of p-type thermoelectric conversion elements 3 and a plurality of n-type thermoelectric conversion elements 4 arranged between the pair of boards; a plurality of electrodes 6 and 8 respectively formed on the pair of boards, each electrically connecting each pair of end surfaces of the p-type thermoelectric conversion elements and the n-type thermoelectric conversion elements, and alternately and electrically serially connecting the plurality of p-type thermoelectric conversion elements and the plurality of n-type thermoelectric conversion elements; and a plurality of jointing materials 9a-9d respectively jointing the p-type thermoelectric conversion elements and the n-type thermoelectric conversion elements to the respective electrodes. The thermal expansion coefficient of the p-type thermoelectric conversion element is different from that of the n-type thermoelectric conversion element, and the height of the p-type thermoelectric conversion element is different from that of the n-type thermoelectric conversion element.
