<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apoptotic anti-ErbB2 antibody associated with the antibodies binding to an ErbB2 receptor. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are an anti-ErbB2 antibody binding to the domain 1 of the ErbB2 and inducing cell death through the apoptosis, an antibody binding to the epitope 7C2/7F3 on the ErbB2, a composition containing the above antibody and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, a nucleic acid encoding the antibody, a vector containing the nucleic acid, and host cells containing the nucleic acid.
