<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driving circuit which can reduce overshooting of output voltage caused by counterelectromotive force by means of a reduced-capacitance transistor. <P>SOLUTION: A motor driving circuit 100 includes an output circuit 50 and a motor driving circuit 100a includes an output circuit 50a. The output circuits 50 and 50a each have driving transistors Q1 and Q2 for supplying a driving current to a motor. Furthermore, the output circuits 50 and 50a each have a control transistor Q3 for turning on the driving transistor Q1 connected to the ground side when the output voltage Vout exceeds the supply voltage Vcc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
