<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product developed for cooking food products in a microwave oven. <P>SOLUTION: A microwave oven food-container includes metal particles in a matrix. Although the composition of the present invention allows microwave radial rays to permeate essentially, it is effective as an infrared reflector. This promotes the generation of higher heat, and the above heat is added more uniformly into a container by reflecting infrared energy so as to return toward the direction of foodstuffs, while allowing the microwave radial rays to permeate the container and to aid a cooking process.
