EXHAUST EMISSION CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device, supplying urea-water from an urea-water injector into the exhaust emission so that distribution of atomization of urea-water in the exhaust emission is substantially constant even if the flow of exhaust emission changes.

SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device includes: an upstream casing 30 having a cylindrical shape and housing a particulate filter 38; an exhaust gas outlet 56 formed in a side wall part 54 of the upstream casing 30 downstream from the particulate filter 38 and adapted to discharge the exhaust gas that has passed through the particulate filter 38; an urea-water injector 44 fixed to the side wall part 54 located in a position opposite to the exhaust gas outlet 56 and adapted to inject urea-water toward the exhaust gas outlet 56; and a downstream casing 34 housing an ammonia selective reduction-type NOx catalyst 40 into which the exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust gas outlet 56 flows.
