<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for controlling a reducer supply system reducing energy consumption by immediately stopping a heating means when an internal combustion engine gets in an idling stop mode. <P>SOLUTION: The control device controlling the reducer supply system includes: an idling stop determination part determining whether the internal combustion engine is in the stop mode by idling stop control for automatically stopping the internal combustion engine; a heating means operation determination part determining whether a heating means provided in a reducer supply system for supplying a reducer injection valve with liquid reducer is operating; and a heating means control part stopping operation of the heating means if the internal combustion engine is in the automatic stop mode and the heating means is operating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
