PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a click apparatus having clear click feeling and a high click degree concerning the click apparatus for use in a rotation operation part, etc., of an on-vehicle control device such as a car air-conditioner. SOLUTION: On the upper and lower faces of a flange section 24A of a rotation body 24 rotatably retained between lower case 21 and upper case 23 opposed to each other via an inner case 22, an inside recess-projection section 25 and an outside recess-projection section 26 are provided at respective point-symmetric positions on concentric circles of an inner circumference-side circle and an outer circumference-side circle. An inner elastic contact projection 27C and an outer elastic contact projection 27D of a click spring 27 having a shape of a double ring when viewed from the top surface elastically contact the inside recess-projection section 25 and the outside recess-projection section 26 respectively corresponding to both of the upper and lower faces of the flange section 24A.
