PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel cap that facilitates attachment and detachment, generates a stable holding force when mounted, and releases the holding force completely when detached. SOLUTION: In the wheel cap 10, the operation of a screw member 32 changes the posture of an annular member 30 of almost perfect circular shape to make a fitting projections 28 formed on the wheel cap 10 advance to or retreat from engagement parts 36 formed on a rim part 24.
