PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing apparatus causing no abnormal noise due to contact between a frame and a bearing, and to provide an image forming apparatus and the frame. SOLUTION: The fixing apparatus includes bearings 43, 44 installed at both end shaft parts 21a, 31a of two roller members, and frames 41, 42 having hole parts 41a, 42a holding the bearings 43, 44 and supporting the two roller members rotatably through the bearings 43, 44. The hole parts 41a, 42a of the frames 41, 42 are provided with non-abutting parts 41a2, 42a2 formed so that the bearings 43, 44 do not abut on the hole parts 41a, 42a on the facing side of the two roller members, and abutting parts 41a1, 42a1 formed so that the bearings 43, 44 abut on the hole parts 41a, 42a on the opposite side to the facing side of the two roller members.
