PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the initial cost and running cost of a drilling device, and facilitate operation switching to operation other than drilling to enhance the versatility of the entire device. SOLUTION: A drilling device includes an auger guide 1 suspended from and supported to the tip end of a telescopic boom 52, an earth auger 2 hooked and fixed to a hanging hook 57 suspended from the tip end of the telescopic boom 52, and a drilling mechanism 3 attached to the lower end side of the earth auger 2. An engaging material 22 provided in the earth auger 2 is fitted to a guide part 14 provided in the auger guide 1, thereby regulating the relative rotation of the earth auger 2 with respect to the auger guide 1. Such a constitution enables drilling operation using the turning force of the earth auger 2 without needing a leader conventionally installed, which promotes the simplification and compactification of the drilling device to reduce the initial cost and running cost of the drilling device.
