PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case having a hinged cap allowing a specified number of contents to be taken out at a time, and also, inhibiting the contents from being inadvertently discharged more than necessary. SOLUTION: This case having the hinged cap is a card type case 1 which is formed by integrating a bottom member 2 and a lid member 3. On a side wall section 4 for which the bottom member 2 and the lid member 3 are joined, an opening section 5 having a size by which a plurality of contents Q can be taken out is formed. For the opening section 5, the hinged cap 8 which is integrally formed through a hinge section 7, and a stopper 9 which stands by the hinge section 7 when the hinged cap 8 is opened are installed on either one of side wall sections 6 and 10 of the bottom member 2 or the lid member 3.
