PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to cancel out strong centrifugal force occurring when a three-wheeled motor vehicle travels at a curve by moving the center of gravity to a front wheel. SOLUTION: The steering wheel device for a three-wheel motor vehicle is formed as follows. At both ends of a wheel steering base body (1) with a built-in rack gear (2), a jackie (3) which operates in cooperation with a side brake (13) is installed and a pressing pinion gear (6) is installed in a rotating shaft (5) of a wheel control motor (4). The pinion gear (6) is mounted to be piled on the rack gear (2). A bearing (7) is installed by being press-connected directly to the rotating shaft (5) of the pinion gear (6). A hydraulic damper (8) is installed by fixedly equipping a tire wheel (12) on the periphery of the bearing (7), to which the right and left rotating steering of a handle (9) is interconnected. A motor control circuit (10) is installed at the lower part of a driver's seat.
