PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a louver from which no air-conditioning breeze of air is blown out in a direction different from that which is indicated by the user, the air-conditioning breeze of air being regulated by vertical fins as to its direction of being blown out. SOLUTION: The louver comprises a plurality of horizontal fins, and a plurality of vertical fins arranged in the rear side part of the horizontal fins, of which, shafts intersect, mutually in linkage with one another, perpendicularly to the shafts of horizontal fins and rotationally move as them being as the center. The shafts that rotationally move the plurality of vertical fins are constituted of first shafts placed in the centers of first vertical fins located at both the ends of the plurality of the vertical fins and of second shafts placed at the rear ends of other vertical fins than the first vertical fins. In the louver, the plurality of vertical fins consist of the first vertical fins which are located at both the ends, and of the second vertical fins adjacent to the first vertical fins, while, the first vertical fin and the second vertical fin are placed in such an extent of proximity that, if all the vertical fins are tilted to the extremity of either the right or left, the air-conditioning breeze of air cannot be blown out from between both the vertical fins.
