PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote early the release of a lock state by detecting whether wheels idle or not when a vehicle travels with a hydraulic cylinder locked. SOLUTION: The lock state of a ram cylinder 18 is discriminated by a signal from an axle lock switch 24, and the travel state of a vehicle is detected by a signal from a travel pedal sensor 25. Then, when it is judged by signals from rotation sensors 28 and 29 that the rotation number difference between rear wheels 5 (or front wheels 4) is greater than an established value, an alarm device 30 disposed within a cab 8 is promptly activated to issue an alarm to an operator. Therefore, for example, if the operator forgets to release the lock of the ram cylinder 18 when causing the vehicle to travel, the release of the lock state can be promptly facilitated upon the alarm caused by the alarm device 30, thereby preventing excessive load due to the idle running of the wheels from exerting on a differential mechanism 17 and the like.
