PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a high-strength microfibrillar cellulose-containing molding having narrow variance of strength stably and efficiently. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the molding by flow-casting a dispersion liquid containing microfibrillar cellulose and a dispersion medium comprises the steps of: forming a sheet, which has 1-1,500μm thickness and 45-75 wt.% dispersion medium content, by using the dispersion liquid; and forming the molding by heating, pressurizing or heating and pressurizing the single sheet or a laminate obtained by layering a plurality of the sheets.
