PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a ball from being bitten into a gap generated between a bottom surface of a partition plate and an upper surface of a rotary disc in a ball machining process, and to enable stable processing, even if a rotary disc grinding wheel is worn. SOLUTION: In this ball machining device, the rotary disc 2 which is formed into a plane disc shape, has a rotating axial center of the vertical direction and provided with the grinding wheel on an upper surface is arranged on a lower side, a fixed disc 1 which is formed into a disc shape, has a cut-out 5 in a part, is provided with a grinding wheel or casting on a lower surface on which the ball rolls and is vertically movable in the vertical direction is arranged to be faced on the upper side of the rotary disc 2, and the ball to be a workpiece is polished between the rotary disc 2 and the fixed disc 1 by applying pressure. In a structure provided with the partition plate 4 for moving the ball discharged from the discs in the cut-out part 5 of the fixed disc plate 1 in the order of a disc outlet, a saving device such as a conveyor and a disc inlet, the partition plate 4 is made movable in the vertical direction according to worn amount so that the gap may not be generated between the bottom surface of the partition plate 4 and the surface of the rotary disc due to wear of the rotary disc grinding wheel by the machining.
