PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade installable to a spindle without damaging the cutting edge of the cutting blade. SOLUTION: This cutting blade comprises a circular base 48 having, at the center, an opening part 52 attached to the spindle and also having a part to be held which surrounds the opening part 52 and the cutting edge 50 formed projectingly from the outer periphery of the circular base 48.
