If the combination fuel cell and ion pump is judged to be operating in an electricity generation mode, an output amount of electricity supplied from the combination fuel cell and ion pump is controlled, so as to control an amount of electricity generated thereby. The input amount of electricity supplied to the combination fuel cell and ion pump, or the output amount of electricity supplied from the combination fuel cell and ion pump, is corrected based on the temperature of a combustor.
