PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise-controllable high voltage electric wire, by which an electromagnetic wave noise can be effectively removed despite that the high voltage electric wire is a thick wire. SOLUTION: The pair of thick high voltage cables 1 and 2, which consist of a plus circuit and a minus circuit and in which a great current flows, has an intermediate portion 3 including a plurality of plus circuit thin wires 4, a plurality of minus circuit thin wires 5, and a pair of connectors 6. The plurality of plus circuit thin wires 4 are aligned together so that the total cross section area of their conductors corresponds to the cross section area of the conductor of the high voltage cable 1. The plurality of minus circuit thin wires 5 are aligned together, similarly. The plurality of plus circuit thin wires 4 and the plurality of minus circuit thin wires 5 are twisted together to form a plurality of twisted paired wire portions 9, and bunched in the state of the plurality of twisted paired wire portions 9.
