PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular sunshade structure in which a rotating panel is turned to a closing position without needing to specifically operate when a frame slidably moves in a storing direction. SOLUTION: The vehicular sunshade structure 100 includes a first guide rail 11, a second guide rail 12, and at least one of sunshade panels 21, 22, 23. Sunshade panels are equipped with frames 211, 221, 231 that slidably move a band-like concave section or a band-like convex section provided on the side surfaces of the first guide rail and the second guide rail that face to each other, several rotating panels 212, 222, 232 installed in parallel with each other on the inner surface, and connecting members 213, 223, 233 that are connected to each of the rotating panels and turn them in conjunction with each other. When the sunshade panels move slidably in the storing direction the first guide rail and/or the second guide rail are latched with the connecting members and the rotating panels are turned to the closing position.
