PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for breast augmentation and breast enlargement. SOLUTION: Much enlargement of breasts at a time can be expected by changing the direction and by putting fat into a bag. A user does not feel a foreign-body sensation because the user's own fat is used. At the same time, the bag itself is made from the user's body as much as possible. The bag is placed at the position 1 in the breast, and an exclusive medical solution 5 is used for preventing the adverse affects on the digestive and absorptive functions. The bag is made to swell around the nipple area 4 as much as possible. The fat 6 stored in the bag as the breast tissue 3 of the user can be cultivated if the quantity is not enough, and it is considered that there is no problem in putting another person's fat into the bag after the rejection is tentatively tested.
