It is intended to provide a resin composition comprising a propylene polymer (A), an ethylene-a-olefin copolymer (B), and organic polymer beads (C). In the composition, ratios of amounts of the propylene polymer (A) and the ethylene-a-olefin copolymer (B) to the total amount of the propylene polymer (A) and the ethylene-a-olefin copolymer (B) are from 40 to 95% by mass and from 5 to 60% by mass, respectively, an amount of the organic polymer beads (C) to 100 parts by weight of the total of the propylene polymer (A) and the ethylene-a-olefin copolymer (B) is from 0.1 to 20 parts by weight, and a density of the ethylene-a-olefin copolymer (B) is from 0.85 to 0.89 g/cm3.
