摘要

A body front structure of automobile for preventing bending deformation of a front side member (1) at the time of front collision without reinforcing the rigidity of the front side member (1). In the body front structure of automobile where a front bumper (6) is supported at the front ends of the front side members (1) on the right and left sides of an engine room (E) and a front suspension cross member (2) supporting a front tire (3) on the lower surface of both front side members (1) in the middle of front and back portions thereof is fixed, high rigidity erection members (4) are erected at the front ends of both front side members (1) so that a bending moment acting from the side of the front tire (3) collided against an opposite body to the front side member (1) and a bending moment acting from the erection member (4) to the side member (1) are offset when the front side member (1) strikes the opposite body in case of front collision of a vehicle.
